In my approach to designing learning experiences, I prioritize the end goal and then work backward. After conducting a thorough gap analysis, I analyze the collected data to pinpoint appropriate learning objectives. I enjoy the challenge of devising the best training plan to meet identified needs and fill gaps effectively. My goal is to ensure the learning experiences I create are meaningful and engaging, fostering behavioral change that aligns with learner success and organizational objectives.

I am a lifelong learner, and my passion for learning has always been paired with a desire to help others learn. I keenly observe and analyze my learners' strengths and weaknesses, crafting training programs to bridge their learning gaps. In addition to my past work with learners, I have actively supported instructors in becoming the best versions of themselves.

Outside of designing, developing, and implementing learning opportunities, you can find me immersing myself in my hobbies of gardening, sewing, and reading, whether I'm getting my hands dirty in the garden, diving headfirst into a creative sewing project, or lost in a book.
